Duplicate Payment: If a user has been charged twice for the same service due to a technical issue, we will process a full refund for the duplicate charge.
Technical Issues: If our platform is unable to provide access to a purchased membership/service due to an internal technical error, we will investigate and issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
Service Not Activated: If you have paid for a service and it has not been activated within the specified time, you may request a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
